Background

Lulu tracks federal legislative and regulatory developments across the firm’s practice areas, preparing briefing materials and contributing analysis that keeps clients informed and prepared. Her research feeds directly into Capital Insights and the firm’s client policy alerts.
Her federal policy experience includes interning for both Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO-6) and Senator John Hickenlooper (D-CO). She helped manage the tax, defense spending, and energy and natural resources portfolios for both Members of Congress. In the private sector, Lulu also worked as a Tax Policy Intern for Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.
