Betsy Hopkins supports legislative tracking, client coordination, and policy research across firm engagements.
Betsy monitors congressional activity, coordinates internal and client communications, and supports day-to-day execution of the firm’s advocacy initiatives. Her work ensures clients receive timely, accurate intelligence and that firm operations reflect the responsiveness Constitution Partners is known for.
During her time interning for Senator Mark Warner, she supported legislative work across key policy areas, gaining firsthand insight into how research, constituent needs, and political strategy intersect in the policymaking process. She further strengthened these skills through her work in healthcare consulting, where she analyzed complex health policy and market dynamics, translating data into clear insights to inform strategic decision-making. Her work consistently focused on turning research and data into practical recommendations that informed policy decisions.
