Beth Cubriel

Beth Cubriel brings decades of experience in legislative, political, and government relations work to Constitution Partners. She has served as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas (RPT) since June 2012, where she has been responsible for driving the party’s political, legislative, and fundraising goals. During her tenure, she managed a $2 million annual operating budget, negotiated contracts with vendors and consultants, and ensured compliance with Federal Election Commission and Texas Ethics Commission regulations.

Under her leadership, the RPT saw record-breaking voter contact achievements, including 2.9 million calls, 500,000 door knocks, and 5 million mailers in 2014. Beth also expanded the organization’s staff, growing the field team from 9 to 24 full-time members, revitalizing the party’s year-round field staff program. Her work culminated in the successful coordination of the 2014 Republican State Convention, which hosted 8,500 attendees and set new fundraising records.

Prior to her role at the RPT, Beth managed the Texas offices of U.S. Senator John Cornyn, overseeing constituent outreach and public appearances. Originally from Houston, Texas, Beth earned her degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, where she has lived ever since.
