Emily Green-Conrad is a Principal at Constitution Partners. In this capacity, Emily services our clients through business development plans, government relations strategies, regulatory monitoring and tracking, and engagement with Congress and federal agencies. She serves a critical role in ensuring clients of Constitution Partners receive unparalleled attention and service by our team. A skilled critical thinker with a natural drive to explore and pursue policy solutions addressing client concerns, Emily is also integral in drafting weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports for C-suite client leadership teams. While Emily works with all our clients, she takes point on all health industry and small business matters at our firm.
Emily’s other professional experiences include federal advocacy work as a Legislative Assistant at Michael Best Strategies and as a Public Policy Fellow at the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Office of Public Witness. She has also interned for U.S. Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) and former Florida gubernatorial candidate, Andrew Gillum. These experiences were critical to building Emily’s meticulous policy research capabilities and knack for interpersonal relationships with policymakers.
In addition to her day-to-day work on the Constitution Partners team, Emily serves on the Board of Directors of the State Society of Florida, a member of the Society of Health Policy Young Professionals, and a member of the American Public Health Association. Emily and her husband, Avery, reside in Arlington, VA with their goldendoodles, Bo and Jack.
